  RETURN WINDOW
  We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  ELIGIBILITY
  To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  The following items cannot be returned:
  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or final sale items

  HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
  1. Email us at info@savemybeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to send you return instructions (within 1–2 business days)
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

  REFUNDS
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
  If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours
  of delivery at info@savemybeauty.com with photos of the item.
  We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
